This ad in craigslist gave me an instant woody.  I fucking love this kind of party.  I didn't even bother replying because I promised Jeff I would spend time with him.  Also there is only a 50/50 chance it is real.  Craigslist is now full of this kind of shit but none of it turns out to be real!

If any of you actually go to this let me know how it turns out.

CMNM (clothed male naked male) party, Monday 5/29, from 6-9pm

A few of us are organizing a private CMNM gathering in SF Monday 29 from 6 to 9pm in the Castro (directions will be sent by email). CMNM stands for "Clothed Male, Naked Male" and is for guys who like to hang out naked with guys who remain clothed (for example, serve them naked), and conversely clothed guys who like to have naked guys around them. This is a voyeur/exhibitionist fetish and does not necessarily involve sex. In any case, this party will NOT be an orgy and fucking is excluded. This is a 100% drug-free, alcohol-free, safe-sex, no-fee event for a small group of consensual adult men, no more than a dozen participants. Ages ranging from 20s to 50s.

To get an idea of what a CMNM scene might be like, you could have look at the preview pics on cfnm dot net (not affiliated in any way with the present announcement, just cited as an example) and imagine the women replaced with men.

During the gathering, about half of the group would be clothed and the other half naked---probably with more CM than NM, so the NM feel more exposed, but to satisfy the "versatile" guys, we can rotate during the party and have some CM strip off and some NM get dressed.

CMNM contains an element of domination/submission, however NO hard S&M or military-style discipline. It means that the NMs generally follow the CMs' wishes within limits. Typically, everyone would start clothed and the candidate NMs would be asked to strip off (or be stripped off) in front of a committee and examined one by one. NMs can be touched by CMs. Possible activities: strip games, nude workout, j/o contest, serving, etc. Other ideas welcome.

Participants are asked to bring nonalcoholic drinks (plastic bottles or cans) and a pack of snacks so we can keep the NMs busy serving the CMs. Again, this will be an informal, social exhib/voyeur event, NOT a group orgy. Clothed men stay clothed.

the evening was a mixed bag - nice guys there but having it held in a community meeting room made it seem more of a group therapy thing - was first to strip - serveral other guys did but most remained clothed - overall it felt more inhibited than spontaneous - need to find another environment to make it work right

The event was real, but I have to echo Edwards comments regarding the setting. I also stripped and jacked for the group, but most of the clothed guys were somewhat inhibited. I agree that a different venue, and perhaps a prepared list of acts for the stripping/naked guys to perform being requested by the clothed guys would have got this event rolling.

I have always loved this whole concept. When I was in my 20's and 30's I had many opportunities/ experiences with this type of scene. It did not always involve total nudity, sometimes just VERY brief undies or swim briefs, and did not always lead to sexual encounters. (darn it).
