Oh fuck! I am having some major writer's block and I'm not inspired to keep up with my blog right now. I am just having an incredible time with Nathan building our lives together. We are sooo doing the couple thing and have become quite boring (except for my little Dr. episode of course - which I still need to write).
We are remodeling the house starting with the kitchen and I am spending all my time with him picking out cabinets, sinks and tile. Between him, that and work I have no time for this. Oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck, I hope this isn't the death of Completely Naked!

ps. I got the pic off flickr. It reads, "Waves bouncing off of the seawall at the south end of Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach, California, rebound into oncoming waves to create a beautiful and turbulent water playground."

Build your life, don't worry about the blog.

Jared... best way to get through writer's block is to keep on writing... I write for a living and it works for me.... writing isn't easy... the moment you realize that the easier it becomes.

Sounds like it's time for Nathan to step up to the plate and give you a writing deadline with the threat of a good tied-down whipping for noncompliance. Even in love, he needs to help you keep yourself disciplined and focused.

We'll really miss your stuff if you chose to give this up, but of course none of us has any basis to make claims on your time, and you've done us all a big service by sharing yourself and your escapades and your artistic vision with us over these months.
If you want to retreat now into dull married life, we'd be sorry, but sympathetic.

aww dude, your blog rocks, we will all miss it if you go :(

Please don't go! Sometimes, you just need to take some time away for yourself, but then you'll come back refreshed -- I hope!!!

Please don't go. Even just posting cool pics and little tidbits about domestic bliss would be enough to keep me happily visiting.

Hey, j. . .I have to concur with what the others have said. You've shared a monumental amount of really cool shit with us; if it's time to go on hiatus or even into complete retirement, no-one could ask more of you. Peace.

Jared, I will miss your blog and your honesty if you decide to stop writting, but you have moved on.
PS. I hope you finish your doctor scenaro.

Why not update us on your redecoration schemes? I would be fascinated.

I redid a kitchen and 3 bathrooms recently and that is some venture, or adventure. How about you just keep us updated on the nightmare of remodeling, that would be fun.
Put some draw pull pics up and let us pick our favorites, same with grantite counter tops, etc. :)

Hey J, you know deep down what's best for you. Go with your gut instinct. Write about something that's meaningful to you and that you want to convey to others. People transform and so do blogs. Ultimately its up to you and only you since its your baby!

Jared - we totally understand that you have other things on your mind now (your hot man Nathan mainly)! If you choose to give up the blog though I will be devastated. Your blog had a profound impact on my life. Totally turning my views around. I don't mind that you and Nathan are spending a lot of time together and you don't have time for the blog right now. I am so, so happy for both of you. It is only right that you two are spending as much time together as you can right now. But please don't give up the blog completely.
