Jeff announced tonight that he is moving out. It was a dramatic moment. I began to well up thinking it was our fight. Nathan almost left the room. I thought we had all made up this morning and I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
Evil as he is, Jeff paused and let the words sink in knowing what we would be thinking. Then, a grin. We both know that evil grin. He was up to something. OMG what has he done now.
"I've already made an offer and I'm using the rest of my bonus as a down payment. It's as good as done." Nathan and I didn't know what to think. Was he joking?
Another dramatic pause. He laughed this time. "Guys. I'm serious. I called the upstairs landlord and made him an offer. In a month or so the whole building is ours!"
Istanbulmike on flickr took these photos of guys resting after a wrestling match in June. You can see the friendship and the love in their eyes. I'm so glad my match with Jeff and Nathan is over.

Okay...first it was the hummer, now an entire building in SFO. If you don't mind me asking, Jared, what kind of work is jeff in? Cuz i'd like to be making that kind of cash.

I'm glad to hear that you guys are no longer mad at each other!!! The story about Jeff moving out almost gave an instant heart attack! Congrats to Jeff and you all!

Jeff buys and sells stuff. The 'entire building' is just a house that was made into two flats. Nothing more.

Hi Jared, thanks for your support to Shaved Dudes. I've just published my LAST post. I've decided to stop publishing. The Blog's responsabilities became enormous and I don't have time anymore to do it.
I really need a break.
Take care,
Paulo

Wow, congrats to the 3 of you! You now own a house! :) I have been thinking more and more lately about looking for a house here, but then thoughts start crossing my mind about whether or not this is really where I want to live and if I want the added expenses of keeping up a house, etc. Who knows, maybe someday soon. I am glad things are going well for the three of you :)

Wow, that's great. My roommates and I did the same thing with a 3 unit building that we live in like a house. Now you have to throw crazy parties and charity fundraiser like we do!

You scared me at first. I'm glad that you guys are staying together. But somehow it's not the same if you guys don't live in the same unit. You don't see each other naked walking down the hallway as if in one unit. Or you guys can knock the doors out and have unfettered access to each others' rooms and and share the TV together...possibly the same fun sex.

Wow! Congrats to all you 3!!!!

Drama drama drama. You three should have your own daytime soap opera.
Congrats and enjoy. Hmm, wonder how you'll christen the new floor?
