I do not know why the photographer is upset, you have not broken any law. Only copyrighted material is protected. The legal owner is upposed to secure his or her royalty rights by watermarking the property and claiming it. if you get a photo and it has n legitamit watermark or copyright stamp, then the photo is public domain item.

NatureJock, I'm afraid that's not true in the USA. For the last 18 years, by default all new creative works are copyrighted whether or not the copyright is indicated or registered. It's called the Berne Convention (woot, Wikipedia). Personally I think it's a terrible legal doctrine -- but terrible or not, it's currently the law. If anyone wants to read about why this is a bad thing, I recommend Lawrence Lessig's book, FREE CULTURE.

Discovering I was different

I got beat up a lot as a kid. Seventh and eighth grade were the worst times for me. I lived a sheltered life from the real world and had no idea how cruel kids could be until I got to middle school. Fuck, I was so naïve about the world as a whole, even today I have to keep reminding myself that people can't be trusted. I believe strongly that I am a new soul with only one or two human lives under my cosmic belt. The hardest part of life for me is that I feel like I can be trusted and I try to be a good person, so why the fuck can't everyone else do the same!?

I am not the greatest writer in the world. Some may say I stink and that I should keep my day job. I am not writing this blog to be a writer but to record my exploration of these fetishes. Every story is as accurate as my memory allows except the names of the people I encounter and most of the pictures. The pictures in this blog are, for the majority, not me. I pulled most of them from various sites on the internet. I will give credit to the individual photo owners when I know where they came from.
