So the ab workout is going pretty well even though I had that bit of cheesecake . . . ok I ate the whole thing . . . shut up.
I took this picture in my bathroom mirror and then made it real grainy cause it is pretty revealing. I am starting to see the definition come back in the sides and my stomach is definitely much, much flatter. I can also feel the ab muscles underneath. Now I just got to build em up so they stick out. That is always the hardest fucking part for me.
Oh yeah. Way down at the bottom is the hard-on that started to grow when I snapped the photo. The next photo showed a full on erection but I'm not showing that one. . .
